Stephiniti’s hat-adorning specialty! Each doll hat is custom created with an assortment of feathers, lace, gems, tulle and other goodies. Stephiniti begins each creation with a basic, black doll hat and attaches a clear, elastic band for easy fitting. Each hat contains the following: One ostrich feather, rooster feathers, specialty feathers (varies, depending on color requests), ribbon or lace, tulle, and either gems, buttons, or other exciting add-ons.
Be warned, these hats are known to cause instant jolly and amusement to the fun-loving hatter and everyone else in their presence!
